See bottom of page for contact information. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ELECTRONIC RECEIPT Upon enrollment, Subscribers will be given, via e-mail, an electronic receipt that support charges for use of the Site. This email will contain the appropriate billing information along with an authorization number which serves as a reference for your transaction. Please retain your electronic receipt for your records or for further contact with us regarding billing inquiries. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBSCRIPTION FEES The subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current terms of the Site. Subscription fees are non-refundable once your username and password have been used to access a Site. www.PanthosebyAmateurs.com currently uses a monthly recurring charge that will continue to be billed until a cancellation request is received or the charge cannot be processed by the billing company. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NON-ASSIGNABILITY OF ACCOUNT Your Membership, username and password (account), may not be assigned,loaned, traded, given or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform www.PantyhosebyAmateurs.com of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password. Until the Site is notified, by e-mail, or by telephone of any breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. www.PantyhosebyAmateurs.com monitors log-in activity and will deactivate immediately any accounts which display unusual activity. What constitutes the term "Unusual activity" is in the sole discretion of www.PantyhosebyAmateurs.com. If an account is deactivated, the Subscriber is still liable for any and all recurring billing, fees and charges which may occur. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either EC Productions, LLC, the Site or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone. When termination is requested by a member, subscription fees are NOT refunded. As customers, visitors to the Site are hereby granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print copies of any of the information found on the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
